To keep the space calm and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 12:00 PM
This villa operates a self check-in and check-out system.
We will send check-in guide before your arrival so please review carefully.
Mostly, our staff will be in Villa to assist you.
During Your Stay
Wi-Fi
Please refer to the house manual in your room for the Wi-Fi password.
Noise
To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels low, especially at night.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.If you wish to smoke, please do so outside.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if this rule is not respected.
Damages & Loss
Any loss of keys, damage to furniture, or staining of bedding may result in additional charges.
Air Conditioning
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the villa or when not in use.
Hair Dye
Hair dyeing inside the villa is not permitted, as stains may be difficult to remove.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
For cleanliness and comfort, we kindly ask guests not to allow the cat inside the villa.
Durian
Durian is not allowed inside the villa.
Your Safety & Privacy
While we deeply respect your private sanctuary, please note that staff may enter the villa in the case of an urgent emergency to ensure the safety of our guests and the property.
Housekeeping
Our staff will only enter the villa for cleaning if the “Please Make Up” sign is placed on the front door.
If the sign is not displayed, cleaning service will not be provided to ensure your privacy.
Cancellation Policy
